2 cups fresh green peas
1/4 cup light tahini
1/4-1/2 cup water, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Steam peas about 10 minutes, until tender. Mix tahini with enough water to make a thick sauce and mix with peas. Adjust seasonings.
