3 cups green beans, trimmed and broken into thumb-length pieces
1/2 cup sliced fennel bulb
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 fresh tomato, seeds removed, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Steam beans and onion about 3 minutes; add fennel. Steam another 2 minutes. Drain well and toss with remaining ingredients.
